Volunteers

Out and About needs members of the community to participate in any one or more of the following areas:

* Breakfast and Lunch Assistance

* Need someone to help with matting and framing of participants finished paintings

* Work on the computer/typing

* Budgeting/bookkeeping

* Daily walks

*Exercise/dance/movement activities

* Participation in our woodworking shop

* Cooking/baking assistance/activities

* Assistance with Van excursions to community events

* Group one on one discussions to community events/politics

* Lobbying

* Music/Sing along leader/Musical Instruments: Piano, Fiddle, Guitar, Other

* Sculpture/pottery assistance with resident artists

* Watercolor/paintings assistance with resident artists

* Writing\poetry assistance with resident artists nization of Poetry readings

* Counseling:

* Graduate assistance/group or individual

* Photography Paste-up assistance for

* Newsletter publications three times a year

* Fund raising help

* Gallery sales

* Sewing/weaving/knitting/crocheting

* Help with Holiday activities/parties occurs once a month on a Thursday
